February 2017 – prices to surge by midnight, again

We heard rumors that fuel prices are going up again by 15 cents for this February, and despite all of us hoping that it’s not true – it unfortunately is, and the outcome is far worse than expected.

RON 95 will see a hike of 20 cents per litre, up to a total of RM2.30 per litre. RON 97 isn’t spared either; the fuel is subjected to the same increase to a new amount of RM2.60 per litre, with diesel – both standard and Euro 5 – up an additional 10 cents – that’s RM2.15 and RM2.25 a litre respectively.

The new prices for February 2017 are below:

RON 95 @ RM2.30 per litre
 97 @ RM2.60 per litre
 @ RM2.15 per litre
 (Euro 5) @ RM2.25 per litre
RON 100 @ RM3.05 per litre
