October 2016 – pump prices for all sees an increase


The world of fuel prices isn’t exactly a bed of roses – at least for us motorists for this coming month. This October, prices for almost all fuels will be going up.

RON 95 will see an increase of 10 sen, from RM1.70 to RM1.80 per liter from last month, along with RON 97 from RM2.05 to RM2.15 per liter. For diesel, both standard and Euro 5 types get a hike of 5 sen each, putting the new prices at RM1.75 and RM1.85 per liter respectively.

The new prices of fuel are listed below:

RON 95 @ RM1.80 per litre
 97 @ RM2.15 per litre
 @ RM1.75 per litre
 (Euro 5) @ RM1.85 per litre
Shell V Power Racing @ 2.70 per litre
Petron RON 100 @ 2.70 per litre
