Last night, we were at the official opening of Naza Italia’s second and latest showroom in Malaysia, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Located on the ground floor of Tower 1, Platinum Park, the new showroom covers an expansive area of some 3,115sqft housing three car displays meant to feature Ferrari’s newest and greatest, a configuration room, as well as a luxurious customer lounge for the very best customer experience.
“We have always been committed to developing and nurturing relationships with our customers and know that it often means going the extra mile, so that they don’t have to. The Ferrari Showroom at Platinum Park will assist us in reaching out and building upon those customer connections,” said Datuk Wira Hj SM Faisal, Tan Sri SM Nasimuddin, Group Executive Chairman of Naza World Group of Companies.
“The showroom is somewhat of an appetizer, presenting Ferrari enthusiasts and potential buyers a taste of the latest offerings and a preview of experience provided at the showroom in Petaling Jaya,” he said.
The launch of Naza Italia’s second showroom comes fresh after the renovated showroom and service center in Petaling Jaya. In totality, Naza Italia has spent some RM7.8mil (RM2.8mil on Platinum Park and a further RM5mil on the Petaling Jaya showroom and service center respectively). The after sales service center was renovated according to the latest guidelines from Ferrari, and is a reflection of Naza Italia’s commitment to the marque as well as clientele.
