TC Euro Cars (TCEC), the sole franchise holder for Renault vehicles in Malaysia, today announced the new Renault Subscription 1-Month Trial Plan and a new Renault Sanitisation Campaign offering more affordability, flexibility and safety in this time of uncertainty.
Priced at RM996, the new Renault Subscription 1-Month Trial Plan offers more accessibility for customers who are cost conscious and hesitant about making long-term commitments. For a limited time, customers who make a booking for new 1-Month Trial Plan can save 35 percent more through the ‘Renault Easy Raya’ promotion.
Additionally, in light of the on-going COVID-19 threat, TCEC is also running a new Renault Sanitisation Campaign offering more peace of mind for all Renault customers.
“The impact of the movement control order (MCO) and COVID-19 will continue for some time and we, at TCEC, are mindful that keeping costs manageable and staying safe will remain top priorities for many Malaysians,” said Wong Hoe Mun, CEO, TC Euro Cars.
“The new Renault Subscription 1-Month Trial Plan is a great option for those wanting shorter-term plans of less than one year but more than the one week offered through our seven-day trial plan. Meanwhile, all customers can have more peace-of-mind that their health and safety is taken care of through the Renault Sanitisation Campaign,” he added.
More affordability and flexibility with all-inclusive costs
The new 1-Month Trial Plan expands on available Renault Subscription offerings to accommodate more customers who are cost conscious and are looking for flexible and convenient short-term solutions, especially post the MCO.
The plan offers pre-owned Capturs that are no more than two years old and have passed thorough inspection to meet Renault quality and safety standards.
Customers of the Renault Subscription 1-Month Trial Plan are required to make an up-front payment of RM996, however, no booking fee or security deposit is needed. The fee is inclusive of road tax, insurance, regular servicing and unlimited mileage .
More importantly, customers of the Renault Subscription 1-Month Trial Plan can choose to utilise their subscription in four one-week blocks according to their needs, which makes it more convenient and affordable than taking the Renault Subscription 7-Day Trial Plan multiple times. Those interested in this one-month trial plan can complete the entire subscription process via the Renault E-Store at www.renault.com.my.
In time with the upcoming Raya season, the Renault Subscription 1-Month Trial Plan is available with a 35 percent discount at RM647 through the ‘Renault Easy Raya’ promotion. To secure this promotional offer, customers only need to place a booking fee of RM50. Redemptions must be made before 31 July 2020. Those who decide not to proceed with their subscription will be refunded on their booking fee within three days to a week.
In addition to Renault E-Store, the 1-Month Trial Plan promotion is also available via the Renault store on Shopee Malaysia at shopee.com.my/renaultmalaysia.os. Limited units are available, on a first come, first served basis. Within the Klang Valley, customers who place their bookings for the 1-Month Trial Plan before 18 May 2020 will be able to take their vehicles before Raya begins. For additional safety, all customers within the Klang Valley can also request for free door-to-door delivery.
“As we continue to observe safe distancing given the COVID-19 threat, we believe that private transportation solutions will remain in demand. However, there will be an increase in appetite for affordability and flexibility. With our new one-month Trial plan, we now have multiple Renault Subscription offers, from one-week to three-year durations through the Fixed and Switch plans, to suit all customer needs,” said Wong.
More peace-of-mind with thorough sanitisation and disinfection
To enhance customer care activity especially in light of COVID-19, TCEC has launched the Renault Sanitisation Campaign. Available for all Renault owners who service their vehicles at the Renault 4S Centre in Petaling Jaya, the campaign offers a complimentary sanitisation package with two additional top-up options.
The complimentary package covers sanitisation of high-touch contact points, fogging of the cabin and air-conditioner evaporator as well as disinfection to kill bacteria in the air and surfaces.
For an additional RM168, customers will benefit from further disinfection with fogging that penetrates deeper into the air-conditioner evaporator as well as 99 percent COVID-19 elimination. The second top-up option under the Renault Sanitisation Campaign offers additional odour elimination for RM228. From now until 30 June 2020, customers can enjoy a 20 percent introductory offer discount on either package, to be redeemed within three months from the purchase date.
